This is Elite though though.  Other agency's will take models for any number of reasons, irrespective of looks, age and height...and of course the one thing Elite leaves out of their requirements though it seems to matter, weight.

Some advertisers will want long, lean, beautiful, young; some want your hands, your eyes, your hair, older, full figured, men, women, children, black, white, ethnic, petite...you name it, there is a demand for it.
